We do have a ‘fraid o’ nothing policy here at STV. We’ll even jump in and art direct your Ficus trees for you. The tree trimming expert from Skillins Greenhouse, Mary Mixer, and I stumbled into the Muddy Rudder restaurant pretty early the other morning to give these overgrown trees a good trim. This was part of our overall redo of the landmark restaurant. Now, this is not to say these trees were uncared for, they were super healthy, but as their branches took over, the most convenient solution had been to simply secure the branches rather than shorten them. These trees were all tied up a hundred ways — clothes line rope, metal twist ties, Christmas wrapping ribbon, wire — you name it. Anyway, we trimmed quite a bit off and they look aces. We don’t call ourselves a full service agency for nothing.
